    The city isn’t interested and is punting to the county. The homeowner or landscaping company is blowing all their leaves into the creek. Even after the rain, the freshly blown pile is visible on the northern end of the property. Easily visible from county owned parcel. Property is city of Clearwater, but apparently county jurisdiction as the one being impacted. If blowing grass into the street isn’t allowed, surely blowing all leaves into the creek isn’t either

    After the storm on Sunday March 16, 2025, a putrid smell was coming from this creek by the house. I don't know if it is sewage or oil, or something else was dumped and leaked into the water, but the smell is not going away. The water appears to have an oil sheen.
