The main water valve is leaking in front of the meter. Looks like the on and off valve

someone from the apartments on 21st Ave N between 48 and 49th St N. They have their own dumpster and they are using ours to dump their trash and last night 2 ladies went back to the dumpster and tore the bags apart and left this on the ground.This is not the first time. There is a fine for using ours dumpster. I had to clean this mess up. Someone in the apartments needs to take care of this on going problem. Its bad enough with all the storm debris now this.

Pinellas County Utilities -

Please repair the valve cap inserts at 2140 W.Bay Dr.
This installation and another due west need long term solutions.

Water line leaking outside the pinellas tax collector office on parking lot side by Olive Garden near fire main.

Leak in sidewalk.

This water main is leaking quite a bit if someone could check. In the alley behind shore Blvd at 56th St s

307 Eastleigh Dr, Belleair, FL 33756 - Broken Clear Water Line flooding the street.

There is a water line leaking beneath the street.

There is a pipe running right in front of the reflections and cosmetic plastic surgery building.

Water leak on 28th ST N and about 52nd AVE n

The casting pit water is being drained behind the building, and this water is running into the stream behind the building. The pit contains chemicals such as Boron Nitride, caustic, bone ash, hydraulic fluid, etc. There are other chemicals in there as well that aren't friendly to the environment. There is another drainpipe slightly below the ground that is cracked and leaks out this water a well. You can see the pipe in the bottom left of the picture that is buried. That pipe runs all the way down to the anodize department wastewater but has several leaks on it that escape into the ground water and stream. The city has been back there and refuses to investigate it properly. They get too caught up with talking or chit chatting to the EHS manager and safety coordinator to actually do their job and thoroughly inspect everything. I'll say it again. There is chemicals being released into the ground water and stream behind building from bad drainpipes and diverted casting pit water.
