Hello, how are you? We already reported a leak problem in front of our house near the street under ground in our reclaimed water pipe. Your service people came out and left a note stating that leak is on the customer side(PVC leak). Well, as far as we were told we can request that reclaimed pipes be serviced by you, and this services it supposedly free. But at this point even if it is not, we would appreciate if you could come out and fix it and we even pay for it, as it appears to in fact cause our consumption to go up, plus it is bad to not to save water. Street has been leaking for 2 weeks, water is pooling on curb and driveways. Might be broken pipe under road

There is a water line leak in front of 290 South Julia Circle. The pavement has buckled and water is streaming into the the street.

Water has been leaking from the valve well over a year and it has even started to grow algae.
It is along US 19 between frontage road and US19.

It appears to be a broken water pipe or water main leaking/flowing from the damaged street/blacktop

Reclaimed water leak. Even with city valve and homeowner valves shut off, water is pooled over the city valve box. Water is running into the street. I reported this directly to the reclaimed water service via phone and was told repair would be high priority, but it has been more than a week now, and the leak is getting WORSE!

Side yard saturated with water. There seems to be a hole where water is coming out. Our sprinkler system is off. I don't have reclaimed water. Please address. Thank you.

The sidewalk is coated with slime and people have slid and fallen. At night there is no way to know it is there.

I've seen this for the past few days, I was assuming a resident that lives right next to this issue would have called by now, but I've assumed wrong, anyway I've noticed H20 coming up from the street (see pic) I could be wrong but it's probably worth a drive by to take a look see, as if I'm correct the water now has been leaking for 3 days now, and if I'm wrong well a little time and a gallon or so of fuel, so please advise and thank you in advance in this very important matter Sincerely, BV resident since 1972 .,,,,
