I live in the neighborhood and noticed water pouring down the street at 2992 E Vina Del Mar Blvd.

The sidewalk is coated with slime and people have slid and fallen. At night there is no way to know it is there.

Side yard saturated with water. There seems to be a hole where water is coming out. Our sprinkler system is off. I don't have reclaimed water. Please address. Thank you.

This issue was called in to Public Utilities Thursday October 7th by Rick Dillard, former City of Pinellas Park Water Utilities Foreman of 38 years and Christine Britt Public Works. PCU dispatch advised that it was PP jurisdiction. We responded by explaining that our crew had been out and it was in fact PCU. Several phone calls were made back and forth with the employee consistently saying it was PP jurisdiction...not PCU. As of late Friday afternoon, the pipe was still profusely leaking.

To repeat, the location is at 62nd Street and Cedarbrook Drive where two sidewalks meet. You go down the path and about 100 feet off the walkway to the East there is a significant water break.

City of PP crew stubbed up the leak with stakes and put in orange reflective tape so your employees could find it easily. There was no obvious way to shut off the water break but it does need to be addressed. The employees did mention the water had a very stagnant odor. The pipe is PVC and at one point had been capped off.

Can someone please check to assure the work had been completed if not over the weekend, by today? Thank you.

RCW outage - irrigation system not working

Hello, how are you? We already reported a leak problem in front of our house near the street under ground in our reclaimed water pipe. Your service people came out and left a note stating that leak is on the customer side(PVC leak). Well, as far as we were told we can request that reclaimed pipes be serviced by you, and this services it supposedly free. But at this point even if it is not, we would appreciate if you could come out and fix it and we even pay for it, as it appears to in fact cause our consumption to go up, plus it is bad to not to save water. In front of 56 Cypress Dr. It appears there is a broken pipe or something under the street. There is a small crack in the asphalt and water is seeping from it. I've noticed it for about 3 days now.
