Water is flowing out aggressively from the ground and almost seems like a natural spring. The water has been filling a small retention pond and definitely need to be looked at ASAP... There is a dentist office there but it looks like they are away on vacation.. The only other business that I know in there is an all state agency whose phone number is (727) 493-0125. Please take a look at this! -

It is on the east side of Rodgers Ave. I remember it being repaired a few months ago but now I have noticed that there is always water on the cement cover, even during the drought we have had over the past few weeks. It doesn't appear to be wet in this picture because after the rains on Sunday, some sand settled there but there is at least a half inch of water there. The ground is bone dry, but this is always wet. -

The Seminole fire department is requiring us to have this hydrant inspected. We cannot pass inspection without water. It has been a few weeks since the valve was replaced and this still has not been fixed. It is a huge safety problem. -
