    Homeowner has a 25foot high or more completely dead tree. It is right over the sidewalk and the other day while walking I was just missed by a large dead branch. I think a big bird had just pushed off it to fly away and down that big piece came. As you can see the three has been dead for years.

    The home owners at this address have installed a generator without pulling a permit. I know there is a 23' noise ordinance for Pinellas County that this is clearly in violation of, so I looked up and called and found out that they did not pull a permit for this install.

    Greetings, the condos on parcel 10-30-15-00000-440-0100 have recently put up no trespassing signs on what appears to be a public, county maintained street. Pinellas County Property Appraiser said: “ appears to be a metes and bounds (i.e., unplatted) parcel, which means one may not readily determine the status of any possible publicly dedicated rights-of-way located therein” and suggested contacting you. Can you please let me know if they can legally prevent access to what at least appears to be a public road?

    Garage was converted into main house without a permit. Can be visibly seen from the road without entering house because the garage door was replaced with a wood wall. You can also look at recent google street views to confirm and the recent listing online when it was for sale and still a garage. I was also told that interior wall was removed between garage and house and the wall may be load bearing.
