Broken pipe was repaired but road was never repaired 2 potholes filled with dirt or sand but no asphalt

Water leaking pipe broke

Pinellas County Sidewalk Project demolition and new install in Wexford Leas neighborhood, under new apron north east corner at Regis Circle and Wexford Drive S (1451 Wexford Drive S Palm Harbor).

Need to contact the contractor to come fix their irrigation problems again.

The image you see with my irrigation man's hand...he is pointing out that he does not know if the break is in line to his hand and or to the right acrossed towards the main property.

The irrigation piping replacement is now leaking from under the new sidewalk and apron on the corner causing erosion under the sidewalk. I don't know how to contact the contractor to fix this new problem. I have shut off the zone so that no more further damage will be caused under the sidewalk.

My irrigation company, who is on-site to do irrigation sprinkler head replacement, found the water coming out from under the sidewalk last Wednesday, February 25th, 2026. Upon further investigation today when they returned, thinking I would just fix it if it was not too expensive and based on last weeks finding, the estimate from my irrigation company would be upward of 600 dollars because they don't know which pipe is really leaking. They believe they would fix 1 pipe and it could be another. The pipe work is beyond belief with all the fittings they used. It is no wonder it is leaking. Also, the pipe they used is not schedule 40 and me and my irrigation company believes the settlement of the new sidewalk is crushing the pipe causing it to leak. 1/2 flimsy pipe is not going to withstand the weight of that apron. FYI the original piping that still is in the ground it was schedule 40. The replacement piping is not. Cheap flimsy PVC. I thought contractors (from when I was in business with a Utility Company) that the contractors were made to replace with equal or better materials. This is not. This is not my first complaint on the replacement. They left my property a mess for over 6 months until I finally contacted the County Commissioner since they did not call or come back to finish the project. Now this. I hope I don't have to wait 6 months for this problem to be resolved. I am very familiar with irrigation since me and my family were in the excavating business and plant nursery business for many years. I am very familiar with this kind of work. The workmanship is atrocious...even for my irrigation company said they would not do work like this. They would put it back better.

I have pictures from my irrigation company. We know the leak is under the sidewalk because it takes while for the water to show up from under the sidewalk. I did not know it was leaking. My irrigation company found it while he was out here working on new head replacement project. The water that comes out will eventually erode under the sidewalk. I will keep the zone shut off so we don't cause further erosion under the new sidewalk. And my water bill is not over 300 dollars.

Also, this must be the reason why my January bill was over 300 dollars last month. I have been looking for a new leak since I have fixed so many in the past year with toilets, copper line leak and then a reverse osmosis blowout. So I was not sure where the leak was until my irrigation man found the leak at the new apron. That was the clue why my water bill was huge last month.

This water has been standing here for weeks and it is also becoming a mosquito problem, there must be a leak

ITS A underground water LEAK ON 113TH AVE.

THERE KIDS ON THIS ROAD AND NOW GREEN LIQUID IS ALSO LEAKING ONTO THE ROAD

Major REPAIRS NEED TO BE DONE FOR THE SAFETY OF OUR CHILDREN
