    My name is Richard Goodridge. I own the home at 14050 Passage Way in Seminole, FL. The team that installed the new digital water meter in my front yard broke a sprinkler pipe when doing so. Now the new digital meter box fills completely up with water every time the sprinkler system comes on. As you know, this will short out the electronics in the new meter box.     this is a pump station on Ridgeline blvd. just west of East Lake Road. Located near the 7-11 parking lot on the south side of the store. This has been reported many many times. The leak is underground, from all the blue pipes, and water flows onto the sidewalk.
