    There is a potential issue with traffic and pedestrians seeing one another when each approaches the intersection at the northeast corner of Belcher Rd and Curlew Rd due to what I think may be a Brazilian pepper plant growing around a palm tree. The palm tree is less of an obstruction.

Called Police ask them to at least put up yellow caution tape for safety of public, he didn't even get out of his car, just said he was out of tape.
