Water bubbling up out of street

Leak coming from RCW box and leaking out into the road.

There is a waterline leak at the indicated address

This ticket will be submitted every day until this leak is repaired, this has been a recurring issue for months. Please turn the reclaim OFF until repaired. There s a river in front of our home

Sewer cap broken causing a hazard to the roadway. I have had my Public Works crew place cones over the top and to the sides of the hazard.

This is the second time I have reported my water line leaking out of the on and off valve. Since my last year's request my water bill has gone up extremely high no one has done anything about that please send someone out to repair.

There is a heavy leak happening at 6474 2nd Palm Point and at the NW corner of 64th ave and 2nd Palm point should be looked at.

Water is flowing from under the sidewalk into the street.

Again, there is a river running down the street, this issue is still unresolved. Please turn off the reclaimed until this leak has been corrected.

Hello, how are you? We already reported a leak problem in front of our house near the street under ground in our reclaimed water pipe. Your service people came out and left a note stating that leak is on the customer side(PVC leak). Well, as far as we were told we can request that reclaimed pipes be serviced by you, and this services it supposedly free. But at this point even if it is not, we would appreciate if you could come out and fix it and we even pay for it, as it appears to in fact cause our consumption to go up, plus it is bad to not to save water. THERE KIDS ON THIS ROAD AND NOW GREEN LIQUID IS ALSO LEAKING ONTO THE ROAD

Major REPAIRS NEED TO BE DONE FOR THE SAFETY OF OUR CHILDREN
