Tree IssueAcknowledged7365 79th St N Pinellas Park, Florida, 33781 - US Congressional District FL10The homeowner came today to look at the house after Helene and prior to Milton. There have been two 80 foot pine trees on that property for more than 30 yrs. Today she decided to hire a tree company and have them cut down. I asked if they were going to remover the massive pile they said yes not very convincingly. As you can see from the picture there is one very large piece sticking up in the air. If this debris causes damage to the near houses this landlord should be held accountable. If you ask me this is a slap in the face to the PCSO and the truck drivers who have been hauling debris from the beaches for the last 48 hours to try and lessen the damage. One last thing they also covered up a storm drain. This street during Helene suffered damage to the inside of our homes from the storm surge.

Tree IssueAcknowledged11269 102nd Ave N Seminole FL 33778, United States - US Congressional District FL10We had the county remove a giant tree from the front of our yard yesterday (with no prior notification provided to us) while we were at work. The workers drive their heavy equipment on our enemy driveway and our paver driveway. This resulted in 7 chips to our pavers and they were even driving on and off the edges of the paver drive which resulted in 2-3 dozen of our pavers becoming dislodged. This is absolutely ludicrous and unacceptable. Not to mention the condition they left our yard/grass after removing the tree.

Tree IssueAcknowledged7662 Carver Ct Seminole, FL, 33772, USA - US Congressional District FL10Tree in/on easement that had some wind/storm damage. While cleaning up back there we noticed that the roots were exposed out of the ground from the storm (pushed tree that now leans more towards the south)
This is a life/property threat also due to the roots and tree being diseased (see picture of rotted root with hole in it, and the part that fell was/is also rotted and hollow)
Since this is amongst the utility easement, both property owners next to it would appreciate some help with removal.
Thanks! -

Tree IssueAcknowledged9374 120th St Seminole 33772, United States - US Congressional District FL10Trees are dead. Over grown. Large limbs dead in trees falling into neighboring yards. Almost destroyed my AC unit. Causing damage to roofs and stucco on homes. House in rear is a rental and same issue. Owners need to be held responsible for trees especially with hurricane season coming. I pay high taxes and don’t need to deal with this.
