83rd signal and starkey signals not synchronized on park blvd

Traffic signal at Park Blvd (694) and Lake Seminole Park entrance, 5:10am is malfunctioning, cycling very quickly. The green light for Park Blvd, a 6 lane divided highway only lasts perhaps 10 seconds, while the green for the cross street last for at least a minute. Something is wrong. (Not that it should matter, but the park is closed at that time in the morning as well).

The school zone flashing lights are not operating on the correct schedule.

Not even close to clearing out waiting traffic at signal !!

The signal sensors do not work at all causing traffic backups due to inefficiency and wait times. The turn lane signals always come on for a predetermined amount of time even when there is no one in the turn lanes for all directions of travel.

This light is an utter annoyance and a complete disruption to the flow of traffic. When the East bound traffic on Bay and Clearwater Largo Rd turns green, this light sneakingly turns red when you approach it. When the West bound traffic on Bay and Alt 19 turns red, this light again sneakingly turns red. It punishes you after you waited for a full red traffic light. This light on 4 NEEDS to be green whenever the East or West bound traffic light is green at the road before and after it.

East bound From 113th st signals not synchronized

This traffic light on 64st south and gulfport blvd needs to be timed LONGER than it is. There were 4 cars ahead of me today and I had to sit through 3 lights before I could turn left onto Gulfport Blvd.. When cars are heading north is when it is REALLY BAD! PLEASE time this light to accommodate traffic flow properly. Thank you very much and greatly appreciated.
