The cross walk from the parking lot to the church has faded. It needs to be repainted along with the sidewalk for the handicap corners and also there is faded lines for the LAINE that’s up against the church.

Crosswalk needs to be repainted. Lines are not visible during dismissal. This is a safety hazard and potentially deadly situation for our students.

The west side of this property is an easement for the city that used to look like a small park It had a bollard to prevent cars driving through it to access the back of properties on Angelus The new owner of 1665 Overton took out the bollard and cut down to large trees that were on the easement It is now a muddy rutted roadway that used to be a green lush easement

water fountain is broken please fix

This is a very dangerous blind right angle where semi trucks routinely park to unload at the warehouses, making it a one way street where people can't see what is coming from either way. There needs to be weed maintenance to widen the roadway, road stripes so people aren't flying down the middle, and a visibility mirror installed at the pole on the corner so it isn't a blind intersection.

The streets jn the Cordova Woods subdivision lack any markings or traffic control signs. There are some intersections which are dangerous and could use some traffic control; these intersections are generally in the north end of the subdivision and subject to higher traffic levels. Dexter Grove Drive is the worst with its intersections with Dexter Run West and Dexter Woods Drive. Other neighbors have complained about other intersections within the subdivision, for example Dexter Run East and Dexter Hollow Drive.
