    There seems to be a large pond of water constantly left in this area being stagnant and a mosquito breeding ground. The whole street would be dry except for this part of the public road like a sunken hole. We have children in the area and it’s not safe for them to be close to dirty stagnant water all the time. Thank you for looking into the fall level of the road to make sure the rainwater is being drained away efficiently,
