Dead tree on corner of manor and Garfield - large limb fell today in front of my kids and I waiting for bus to arrive this morning. Tree needs to be removed immediately

We have a tree planted by the town on our sidewalk that needs to be trimmed. There is a large branch from this tree that is touching our house, which is causing a danger.

Large tree limbs hanging over house and driveway from the large oak in front of house. When these limbs come down in a storm they will cause significant damage to my house and cars. These need to be removed before the damage is done.

I've written about this thru this system a few months ago but have not heard any reply?

Overgrown trees/shrubs along the sidewalk force individuals to walk in the dirt.
