    Our water main is old and cannot be completely shut off. Our plumber will not replace our back flow valve and do other future work on home until the water main including the shut off valve before the water meter is replaced. We also need to know where the on-street water service pit/area is for our home for the plumbers and for our own knowledge. Thank you!

    water line is leaking under tree and out into street. Greg from Water Dept went to home on Sunday 4/7/19 can't locate main valve it may be under the tree. Resident called Citywide and they told him the same thing and that the tree may have to be removed. Can we take a look and advise resident or remove tree.
