All are so packed with dirt and growing vegetation that they are not getting rainwater runoff off Johnny Mercer. They've been almost completely stopped up and have growing grass in the openings for at least three years and have not been cleaned out in all that time. With the recent heavy rains these catchbasins need cleaning out as soon as possible.
