Property owner piped drainage to street. Broke concrete swale to drain water which floods swale daily

Air bb this house is rented too and bottom. Rented out by the name of sunset escape, believe the ordinance for treasure island is 6 times a year. If you look at number of reviews think they are up to 14 or 15. Sunset beach is all rentals no more home owners and don't imagine city is getting all this so called tax that these people are collecting.

ALTHOUGH REPORTED YESTERDAY THE VIOLATION CONTINUES PLEASE CONTACT THE OWNER TO PROPERLY ENFORCE THE RULES REGARDING TRASH AND RECYCLE BINS THIS SITUATION CONTINUES EVERY WEEK!

Has multiple trash cans and waste cans in front of house on the street so no one can park on public property. Has been there for over a week - looks horrible.

Vacation rental with New York plates wow they just keep coming.
Drive around corner and see Tennessee and California and another New York plate all on bay plaza. All illegal rentals

Property is listed as a duplex in Pinellas county tax records with each unit as a studio living space Property is zoned RM-15

Owner of property lives in Seminole and brings their garbage here to Treasure Island and leave's garbage can and recycling bins in street for days after pickup ,

An absolute eye sore for the city if TI to let a home owner get away with such dis repair to a property. Over grown never been trimmed back from city line. Trees growing into roof. Am from out of town and if this house was back home the owner would be cited. it is such a beautiful island and then you gave thus house. what is wrong with the city???

Property was rented week of March 2nd, 2019,
week of March 9th, 2019, week of March 23rd, 2019. This property is zoned as residental and is unlicensed as rental property.

city of treasure island code compliance handbook reads #1...maintain vegetation ( clearly in violation) #9...no dead shrubs, trees, excessive brush, grass 6 inches, unkempt landscaping ( clearly in violation )
