Public Restrooms Code Violation IBC SECTION 2902.3.1 "The public shall have access to the required toilet facilities at all times that the building is occupied."

MARTA has locked all of the restrooms at the Avondale Station which has forced their 'patrons' to publicly urinate at their entrance off Sycamore Street and WORSE on the corners of the surrounding homes (private property)
There is even video proof on Ring from neighboring homes RING cameras showing people walking over from MARTA and urinating on their house!!s :

The sidewalk is almost completely overgrown in front of 240 Lansdowne. There has been a pile of dead wood at the curb for more than three years.

Crew was working Sunday, Feb 6. Also appear to be removing asbestos siding. Doesn't that require special precautions?

There has been an inoperable truck parked at 325 Melrose Ave for many weeks. It’s an older Chevrolet truck with Henry County plates, PAN5300. This is a code violation and safety hazard. The truck is held in place by cinder blocks, at the start of a downward sloping street, indicating a safety threat to the pedestrians of Melrose, many of which are children.

This Ford Focus with New Jersey plates has been abandoned on our dead end street for over 2 months when the neighbor moved away. He has made no attempt to have it moved nor has he been back to the vehicle since he moved away over 2 months ago. This car is taking up what very limited street parking we have on this dead end street. Thank you for your time.

There has been garbage thrown out in the yard for months in violation of Chapter 54, Article III, Section 54-56 of the city's code. There are also numerous junk cars stored around the intersection of Feld and Leyden that have not been moved in many months, in violation of Chapter 54, Article III, Section 54-67 of the city code.

Why are all the abandoned cars still at this intersection? The same officer from Decatur PD has been assigned over and over again to this problem but clearly hasn't been successful in making any change. Have they even visited the location and spoken with the owners at 222 Feld? These cars are clearly part of the unregistered junkyard they're operating.

I went to the end of Greenwood Ave to see how issue ID: 15103423 had been addressed by the City of Decatur. The code violation post was "acknowledged" 4 months after the issue was reported and then "closed" 1.5 months after that by Decatur Public Works. Absolutely nothing has been done to address the issues, and it's a worse dumping ground in and around the creek than when it was reported 6.5 months ago. Why is issue ID: 15103423 closed?

Both emergency exits from Mckoy pool are bike chained closed. So if there was an emergency, there's only 1 exit, the main entrance. All occupied areas require at least 2 exits. As designed, the pool should have 3. It currently has only 1.

No silt fence and located at top of hill with rain in forecast. Sidewalk blocked.

I understand that this facility's patrons may prefer privacy but do the front windows meet the Downtown Special Pedestrian Area requirement for minimum transparency (25 percent of total area of first floor elevation)?
