    Human refuse in abundance in the park by the tennis courts, in the back of the fire station. I've personally collected trash there but the volume and someone's personal belongings are now stationed there daily. This is a public space and not a housing space. I recognize that the city of Decatur nor county have solved the issues but the sanitation in the public parks or in any public spaces still needs to be maintained. These items should be cleaned up and removed. (As kindly as possible as it relates to the personal belongings of a person). Thank you!!

    Very noisy trash collection several times a week between 4:30-5:00am, collecting outside Taziki restaurant. There are apartments right above the collection. Collection lasts 10-15 mins and definitely exceeds the noise ordinance limits.

    There are several pieces of rebar sticking about 5 inches out of the ground by the sidewalk. This could seriously injury a child that fell from a bike or scooter.

    What should be done about a noise violation that has been previously reported over the course of years about the City of Decatur trash trucks operating above 90db between 4-6am at the rec center? If the police are called what action can take place to end this violation caused by the city's very own? The leaf blowers also operated by the City of Decatur in this residential otherwise quiet area also operate well above 60db. What can be done about the City of Decatur's workers violating the city's own noise ordinance?

    Is it permissible to have a wall like this? I've not seen anything like this in the city with an at least 7 foot wall, right next to a sidewalk.

    223 Fairview St Decatur, GA 30030, USA - Decatur
    There is a white van parked on Fairview street, which has been there for at least 6 months. The owner doesn't live on Fairview, yet resides at 212 Ridgeland Avenue. This van is an "extra" vehicle for the owner and has been parked there so long that scrub has been growing out from underneath. This vehicle is practically abandoned, and is not only very unsightly, but unsafe to have parked there. Perhaps it can be cited or towed away?
