Clearly, the occupant needs help. However, it is full of debris and the building potentially poses a fire threat to the occupant as well as the adjacent buildings. Another building within 500' of a sitting councilwoman's home in which the councilwoman nor the city appears to have done nothing to help the occupant (who really needs help), prevent a hazardous structure from harming the occupant and adjacent neighbors as well as keep the structure from continuing to spiral into catastrophic decline. -

I can't get the section 8 landlord involved in his pick of tenants because his identity is hidden in the records. -

Building has numerous code violations, fence falling down, debris and overgrown weeds in yard and alley, rotten windows to the point the glass can fall out. The building has been deteriorating for years and the tenants and owner are responsible for much of the debris and garbage strewn and blown about in the alley. -
