    cars are always speeding in front of Whihala ice cream shop and Oil city stadium. you can even hear the screeched of tires. this is a high traffic pedestrian area. perhaps a speed bump or some other deterrent can be placed.

    Barking dog in yard. This has been an ongoing issue for months. The dog is left chained in the yard constantly barking for hours. Most recently the dog was left locked in a hot garage for more than a day. The police department responded by asking residents to report any future problems to a phone number that is not in service. This building owner, a derelict absentee landlord named Angel Esparza, owns at least a half dozen building in Whiting, ALL of them are problems.

    dirt bikes riding down Oliver coming from 119th heading to 115th. ran stop sign almost hit a car. police know where they live but don't do anything. I guess they will do something when someone runs them over and kills them. whiting police are a joke

    Customers on their way to the Barbershop on the corner of 121st Street are Indpls Blvd purposely leave their garage outside of their cars. I have been cleaning this up myself for over a year and asking the owners of the Barbershop to address this issue. A few months ago, a person was carrying a huge mirror to the Barbershop and dropped it on the sidewalk at Davidson and 121ST. They just stepped over it and walked on to the Barbershop like nothing happened. As usual, we cleaned it up so no one would be injured. This habit of cleaning out their cars and throwing the garbage on the street or in nearby yards is a daily routine and worse on weekends.
