Another building within 500' of a sitting councilwoman's home in which the councilwoman nor the city appears to have done nothing to help the occupant (who really needs help), prevent a hazardous structure from harming the occupant and adjacent neighbors as well as keep the structure from continuing to spiral into catastrophic decline. -

Building has numerous code violations, fence falling down, debris and overgrown weeds in yard and alley, rotten windows to the point the glass can fall out. The building has been deteriorating for years and the tenants and owner are responsible for much of the debris and garbage strewn and blown about in the alley. -
Whiting 46394 United States - WhitingWest Fred Street houses are still calling dibs on parking spots with chairs and cones. The dibs things sit on the curb during the day, but when parking gets bad at night and one the weekends is when they start moving into the street. Parking on this street is already tough enough.
