    Homeless man that previously used to sleep on benches in the park seems to now have made the area between little league fields behind the bathroom building his new spot. Black male in his 20s-30s. He walks down 117th or along the train tracks from Indianapolis Blvd or the 5 Points area many evenings/nights then loiters or sleeps. Can anything be done to prevent this?
