    This is the 3rd time this year the main sewer line at Broad and Parkview has been blocked and it has caused a back up to the line that is tied to my property which is causing flooding. I NEED there to be a more permanent solution that keeps the sewer lines clear of blockage so my property does not flood.

    Stop sign on south west corner of Chelsea and Mound is right in front of a tree and within a few feet of it, and can hardly be noticed. Even though I know the sign is there, I have to be careful not to miss it. Can be dangerous for a driver unfamiliar with the street.

    Someone is parking right by this no parking sign everyday. They are technically behind it, but the sign should really be backed up farther to encompass the curve. Every time people come around this corner from opposite directions, it's a near accident. Please back the sign up so that this van can't keep sitting here everyday... Thanks!!!
