There is a missing cap to the water access point in the northbound lane of Roosevelt, just south of Fair. This is exposing a significant hole, which poses a danger for runners and walkers especially.

Big Trip Hazard due to sidewalk buckled.
Knowledge of this from experience of tripping and falling due to it.

Pot holes between Gould and Roosevelt are growing on the west bound side of Fair. Difficult to avoid if cars are parked on Fair.

Emerging pothole and road issue.

Alley destroyed from cohatch work, alley needs replaced. Causing massing puddling

a pile of excess salt is in the middle of Montrose Ave and needs to be swept up. Excess salt pollutes local waterways and Alum Creek

Gravel that was used to fill in gas and alley street repairs is eroding down and creating a pot hole.

Roots have raised and cracked the sidewalk it’s a tripping hazard

City Tree has pushed up sidewalk creating a tripping hazard. My elderly parents will be moving into 538 Stanbery in April. I would like to see this addressed by then if possible.
