This sidewalk is not usable because this home’s shrubs hang entirely over it. A person using a wheelchair or walker would be unable to walk here.

this is an example that exists throughout the city. residents allow weeds and planting to encroach 1-2' into the right of way. then on the opposing side another resident places AND LEAVES their garbage can, leaving 9.5' to drive your car through without scratching it. the alley between vernon and Remington between main and Astor, the residents are or have built fence and wall improvements to zero lot line on the right of way and then always just store and place all cans directly on the right of way, constantly, with no enforcement.

the sidewalk on n side of e. broad St near Dawson is obstructed.

there are some really big dead limbs on the tree in front of my house. one came down really close to my car. can some of the big dead limbs be trimmed up.
