    Stop sign on south west corner of Chelsea and Mound is right in front of a tree and within a few feet of it, and can hardly be noticed. Even though I know the sign is there, I have to be careful not to miss it. Can be dangerous for a driver unfamiliar with the street.

    Question: does this speed-limit sign of 25 MPH apply to traffic northbound on Drexel Avenue all the way to E Broad St and beyond? There is no other speed-limit sign for northbound traffic until after E Broad St.

    Similarly, southbound traffic turning onto Drexel Avenue from E Broad St can see a 20 MPH school speed-limit sign. However, there is no other speed limit sign for southbound traffic on Drexel Avenue after that. What is the speed limit for southbound traffic? Should it not be posted?

    People drive really fast through this area and rarely stop at the crosswalks even for children to cross during school crossing hours. It would be nice if the crosswalks on north Cassidy had the same features as south Cassidy such as a crossing button that lights up the crosswalk signs and a sign in the middle to slow traffic down and alert drivers of the presence of the crosswalk.
