City tree in front of house has very low branches hanging in front yard. I reported 2 years ago with no action

The maple tree in front of 797 Euclaire Ave has at least one not-too-large branch hanging high in the tree ready to fall, spotted after my wife in the afternoon of 2025-03-35 saw a large branch falling on the sidewalk.

Tree is crumbling at the base and is dying. Needs removed.
