    As of 2001 (as per VB.gov website) Norfolk does not own stumpy lake. VB does.

    Can we get with ADA compliance. If there is a ADA boat ramp can we get ADA complaint watercraft allowed (kayaks that are battery operated). The last agent just blew us off and the emails and calls to the city have went unanswered!

    We pay VB taxes to upkeep the lake. Not to Norfolk.
