    The dog at this residence (105 Clark St.) is hooked on a long leash in their driveway which allows him to be on the sidewalk and into the street. This is a safety concern for people both walking and driving their autos. The dog darts out into the sidewalk and street and scares people. He is left out to bark and growl at everyone who passes by. This is not safe for the neighborhood especially the small children and the elderly walking. It is both annoying and a safety concern. Please look into this and help keep our neighborhood safe.

    Continued issue of rats on Clark Street, between 105/99 Clark. Mattress in driveway of 105 for six months and trash stores at 99 Clark. When will this be resolved? This has been going on since December 2017.

    The residents at this home have been leaving their dog outside in the cold for extended hours. They also continue to feed the dog outside, leaving meat and bones and dishes in the yard. It is extremely cold and windy today and this seems gruel.

    A new collection of trash including mattresses has been dumped at this location AGAIN! A barricade to block the entrances or putting up temporary fencing could at least block trucks from entering the property. This is an ongoing issue that needs to be addressed with the owner of the property for a more permanent solution.
