sidewalk is a mess so bumpy to drive over to get in the parking lot from north main...needs repair!!!

Deep potholes near beginning of street; sunken tar further down; entire road very bumpy

  The issue has not been resolved. Hart Street is adjacent to elderly parking for Mitchell Heights and many elderly have to use this street, driving on it and also walking on it to get to the sidewalk to Mitchell. It is indeed hazardous.
  
  Appreciate it very much for all the residents in Mitchell and our neighbors on Hart St. if this could be fixed.

  There has not been any work at all done on Hart Street. I reported it 29 days ago. Even if the potholes were filled it would make a big difference.
