Have the property owners clean up trash from one end of Steve Magre Alley from Dandridge street to Kentucky Street. Trash also being thrown onto the CSX railroad tracks.
only one business owner cleaned up behind their property. between the alley and the oppsite side of the tracks are liquior bottles,wild weeds and trees and normal paper and plastic trash, old matresses and old blue tarps.. It's disgusting to see what out city is becoming---A HUGE GARBAGE CAN......................................
