Resident @ 950 Bay St. NE has filled 2 containers with yard debris that is uncut leaving the lids open. This is not the first time they have done this. Flies everywhere! This is a violation of City Codes. I advised the property owner of the problem yesterday and they responded, " it will get picked up tomorrow. This morning I found one container still full of tree limbs after Sanitation pickup. There are 3 containers at this location (in the alley behind 155 9th Ave. NE) that serve 4 homes including a ten unit apartment building. There is a reason this is a violation of Codes. Please advise property owner @ 950 Bay St. that they are in violation. They don't seem to care.
