I don't think that photo is Winthrop and Chapel. Isn't there a big brick apartment building there?

Because I haven't been able to re-visit the site after a heavy rain. However, last week a storm-drain cleaning truck spent a couple of days working in the area, so I guess they unclogged a lot of drains. We'll see....

A drain-cleaning crew and truck went through the neighborhood, but I haven't been back to the intersection after a big rain to check it out.
