Owner is refusing to comply with animal control:
03/23/21 10:31 I arrived at 4003 Brookdale Ave. There are kids and dogs inside the house, no one will come to the door, I can hear them talking to their parents on the phone. Left notice to comply to contact me, move the dog off the fence line, make sure there is 15ft on the tethers and doghouses and water available if unattended outside. Galeazzo

03/23/21 12:20 Spoke with caller, who would not identify herself. I explained the complaint and asked her to move the dog to a spot on the other side of the yard. She said she pays $800/month rent and her dogs can poop where they want and she will not clean it up. She said her dogs are inside the house all day, except to use the restroom and they are tethered outside for this. She asked what will happen if she moves the dog and the neighbor can still smell feces. I explained she will have to clean up the feces, or she can be cited for nuisance odor. She then yelled at me and said "I aint cleaning up @#$%" and hung up on me, Officer Galeazzo
