I would also like this issue resolved ASAP. The alley is not properly graded away from the building. It causes water to collect and leak into the basement anytime it rains and there is standing water making it hard to maintain the area behind the building.

This issue has gone unaddressed for multiple years. Landlords are paying for private concrete repairs on exterior to prevent further damage to the interior of the building. Very frustrating they are having to pay out of pocket when the alley is city property and we pay our taxes on time!
