A little late since street sweeping stopped in Oct.!

Residents moved their cars & those in violation were ticked last week for street sweeping but sweepers never came through.

Well. Here we are again.....everyone moved their cars, rubbish & small trash pieces in curb, and we wait for a streetsweeper that doesn't show. This seems to be a hit-and-miss city service on Marion St.

Street sweeping on Web & Thurs.....let's see if they manage to sweep BOTH sides of Marion. When hundreds of citizens are asked by DPW to move their vehicles, & nothing is swept, this is a harassment and then a way to ticket cars that did not make the effort.

Last week our street trash was the worst it has ever been.....and it was a no-show for the sweeper. Makes one a bit angry after wasting time trying to find a legal spot for the 2 hrs. City harassment.

I think I know by now how to report streetsweeping by now!!! Could it be someone' st DPW or 311 that is not doing their job?! Guess I'll have to go back to calling it in!!! As you can see from the numerous calls & 311 reporting by others on our street, as well, our street is frequently missed.

yes , you did it correctly! but the system didn't work properly. all i'm saying is that the city isn't seeing this since they didn't make a ticket out of it.

Streetsweeping occurs only occasionally on the 1600 blk of Marion. Especially on Thursdays.

Streetsweeping came through today, but was speeding and just pushed trash & leaves to the middle of the street!? Come-on....really!!!?

Has the DPW forgotten that Marion Street NW is a part of D.C.?! We have on occasion gotten our street swept, but most of the time our street is missed. It was missed this past week again. When all of the residents go out of their way & move their cars, and the street sweeper never comes........this is harassment! The street sweeping signs should be taken down on our block since it is a service we do not get.

What a surprise....They missed our street again. This is such a bad service I wish it were eliminated & save tax $$$.

This is a constant problem on Marion St NW.. this "service" needs to be done away with!

Do away with street sweeping & put our taxes to better use.
