There is an abandoned automobile behind the garage of 489 Norton Parkway, visible to most other neighbors on the block behind the house
There are no license plates and there may be people living in or at the very least, partying in the car (teenagers have been seen in/out of the car). It has become a safety issue and a blight issue, hence posting to SCF
