Forget it.
The city is hopeless. San Jose needs to relinquish the title of "Capitol of the Silicon Valley". They prolly have no idea what a data feed is let alone what to do with it.

Are you sure that the issue address that you used is correct.
Seems like they are trying to resolve the issue.
