Please send a supervisor out to the entire 4000 Block of Blaine Street North Side Alley to advise the residents about the proper disposal of trash. This alley has become such a nuisance to the community as this behavior increase rodent population. We also ask that the alley be cleaned and that the alley is inspected periodically and any resident whose trash is improperly disposed receive citation by the city.
