When making a left onto 46 from Wolfe Road it is impossible to see oncoming traffic from Smithtown road. There have been many accidents caused by people making a left into oncoming traffic because they can't see what is coming at them. A left turn arrow at both Wolfe Road & Smithtown road would alleviate this problem.
