Description
Can you please explain why if City Hall is open until 5pm why the Engineering Office had the security screen at the customer counter closed at 4:30pm this afternoon and no staff in sight. Does the Engineering Department have different hours then the rest of City Hall? If so this should be published on the website.

Engineering office was open to the public and Engineering staff was present until 5pm on 6/2/2021. Iwas in my office until 6pm as well. Could you clarify your concern? Please call me with any questions.
