These vehicles including a flatbed trailer all parked very close together And the number of them seems to be increasing.

The truck has an expired license plate and it is is attached to the flatbed trailer parked in front of this vehicle. The blue vehicle is unlocked and a person entered it and used the car for something staying in it hunched down and then left the car and walked up the street. The vehicle has obviously been moved further back toward the entrance to the parking lot of the Parkview Manor apartments. The license plate is expired. There are two other wrecked vehicles parked on the same street behind the Parkview Manor apartments building. Also expired license plates. Someone is perhaps using these vehicles for a illegal purposes. The white car is now parked further down the street toward hope Chase Lane. The turquoise car is parked on harps Street at the corner of Harper and Oak Chase Lane. People are out there in the middle of the night throwing trash making noise and disturbing the peace in this. The Parkview Manor apartments building is for elderly people and there are many handicap people in this building. This is a safety risk for everyone in Capitol Park. Please remove vehicles that do not have current registration and those that are wrecked. The people using these vehicles moving them in an out of them are not residents of the Parkview Manor apartments.

These abandoned vehicles are on Harp Street between Delway and Oak Chase.
