This department seems to lack to ability to notify residents of work that will directly impact them. We had nearly identical issues about 1 year ago. Last week we had a crew dig out a section of the road directly in front of our driveway without any notice. Today our water was turned off without any notification. While I fully understand that this work is necessary, advanced noticed would be great. Just a simple note letting us know that the water will be turned off or our driveway will be unusable for a portion of the day. I've lived in towns where this was standard back Natick seems incapable of this seemingly simple task.
