Hello. Thank you reaching out to let us know about this issue. The filter is doing a really good job in collecting the solids before they reach into your sprinkler system. During the a time like now with high usage and a low pressure advisory on the reclaimed water, solids will pass through in the flow and grow in the filter. Regular maintanence and cleaning is needed on the filter.
I have created a work order asking one of our reclaimed water inspectors to visit your property and inspect the issue. Would you like to meet with him and discuss any concerns you have?
