Is along back fence of Rosewood on Borough property for maybe 50 feet. At one point it is 8 feet tall and comes over fence.

Poison ivy is on fence belonging to Rosewood Condos, not Delbarton Field. Fence is between condo property and Well E. Complainant should contact property management to address this matter since fence is condo property. Large grouping of ground cover on Borough property is knotweed, not poison ivy.
