This is a state and city owned lot between Pembroke & East Main on Nichols Street left hand side. The grass and weeds are over 3 feet tall and the homeless person living on Nichols Street parking lot is using it as his bathroom.He left feces filled clothing on the sidewalk and inside the lot🤮If the grass was cut down he wouldn't be able to do i. I feel because it the EastSide we don't count but I keep my area immaculate.Please help clean up this disgrace There is a problem at 281 Nichols Street with trash filled green container sitting overflowing for 4 weeks. She just keeps piling more & more trash please help .t
