Portable toilet left on the side of the road on the corner of 8th Ave SW and 19th St SW by Hit Construction after the Sidewalk repair project was completed. As this photo shows it has not been cleaned since Apr 21 however it has been used by every homeless person in and around Taylor park. It is now a health hazard, stinks and is an eyesore. As far as I can tell it has been abandoned and need to be cleaned up before our rainy season starts or all the sewage will be spilled out into the storm water.
