Description
The 900 block of Washington is too narrow for parking and becomes blocked when cars park on the west side of the street (the red area on the photo). When 2 cars are waiting at the stop sign (yellow squares), traffic turning from Washington (blue arrows) gets stuck.
Please convert the entire block face to no parking so traffic can flow. The problem is worst between 4 and 7pm.
