Why is the youtube video of this same intersection "inappropriate" since I received an e-mail from seeclick fix asking if issue (my initial report) was resolved and suggesting adding photos or a video. My response was to refer to this video by another citizen and to attach the video to my response

Well, apparently this will not be resolved. There is now a permanent 6' wood fence backing up the hedges. I hope there are no incidents due to the visual blockage. I will not be watching this fixit anymore.

I just looked thru other issues and they range from a month to a year old. Are any issues posted on this site taken care of or do the authorities just hope the citizens will forget them ?

This has been investigated by staff. Please refer to the Arkansas Drivers Licesnse Study Guide about how to proceed after coming to a stop at a stop sign. Here is the language from the manual:

"If necessary, a driver may pull forward to the stop sign or the edge of the
intersection, then proceed only when it is safe to do so."

You are allowed by law to pull forward beyond the stop sign to be able to see approaching traffic.
